And we are asked many about membership too.
Basically, we ask our customers to memorise their own membership numbers/registered names by themselves when they register.
We have had many customers.
It is difficult for us to find the numbers out every time so would you please remember and memorise your registered names and the numbers once again.
When you forget them we will try to find them out however if we cannot find any prooves of you are a member, then unfortunately we would ask you to reissue our membership card.
It costs.
So keep our membership card safely please.
