Nov.28 diary 'Tempura' By Murasaki
Last day, I went fishing in the surf.
And today, I cooked the fish I took.
It was TEMPURA!
You probably know that Tempura is a Japanese dish of deep fried battered meats, seafood, vegetables or sansai.
The Tempura of fish was very good!
